Jon & Sara's Camp Experience
Jon and Sara have been coming to Camp of the Woods for many years now. They started coming as teenagers and have spent lots of time at COTW over the years. We love getting to visit with them and watch their daughter experience camp! We asked them to share a little bit about their time at camp and the impact it has had on their lives. Here's what they had to say!
We first came to COTW when we were 15. Jon came during missions camp with his youth group and Sara during work teams with her family. COTW became a huge part of our lives and spiritual journeys. God used COTW and the mentorship of Johnnie and Becky Bates to ignite a passion for missions and display a tangible faith in action. The friends and relationships we have developed over the years have weathered the test of time and distance.
